Overview
Hoarseness refers to changes in the voice that make it sound raspy or strained. A loss of voice can occur temporarily or persistently.
Causes:

- Vocal Strain – Overuse or improper use of the voice, common in singers or public speakers.
- Acid Reflux – Stomach acid irritates the vocal cords.
Diagnosis:
