Snoring occurs due to partial obstruction of the airway, enlarged throat structure, or relaxation of the muscles. As the airway is blocked and cannot breathe easily, tremors occur in the throat when trying to breathe, causing snoring.Snoring loudly both reduces one’s own sleep quality and prevents people around him from sleeping properly. This is another important symptom, especially if you feel your breath is intermittent while you are breathing intermittently or if people around you warn you about this.

Although snoring seems to be a very simple problem, it can develop due to serious underlying diseases. If the snoring that continues for a long time does not pass as a result of rest or continues intermittently and breathlessly, it may develop due to some diseases such as heart or high blood pressure.
