Ms. Mariya Majid Mir had been working as a Physiotherapist in the National Capital of India for 6 years before joining Emirates Hospital. She has been a licensed practitioner in India and Dubai, holding DHA, DCPTOT and IAP licenses.

Ms. Mariya graduated from HNB Garhwal University in 2015 and worked as a Senior Spine Consultant in India’s leading chain of clinics known as Qi Spine Clinics.

She specializes in the management and treatment of patients by restoring the maximum range of movement previously limited by accident, illness or ageing challenges. Her treatment methodology includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and the application of technological equipment, thus helping patients to avoid injury and self-manage long term conditions. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu, and knows basic Arabic as well.
