Dr. Sherif Mohamed Shaker has over 30 years of experience in field of Cardiac Health and Well-being. Dr. Sherif completed his MBBch from Al Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt and went on to do his Master’s and MD in Cardiology from Al Azhar University as well. Dr. Sherif hold Fellowships in Nuclear Cardiac Imaging from Yale University, USA and another in Cardiac SPECT, Coronary CT, PET and Hybrid Imaging from University of Zurich, Switzerland.

Before joining Emirates Hospital Day Surgery, Abu Dhabi, he was associated with Yas Healthcare and Al Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi and has also worked in Egypt with reputed hospitals, where he also undertook a teaching role at the Al Hussein/Al Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt.

Dr. Sherif is a member of the Egyptian Society of Cardiology, European Society of Cardiology and was a founding member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
