Dr. Shaheen is an American Board-Certified interventional cardiologist with over 19 years of experience. With a track record of over 4000 catheter procedures and 2000 vein ablations, Dr. Shaheen demonstrates extensive experience in his practise. He earned his M.D. from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, followed by completing his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati, USA. He further specialized with a cardiology fellowship at the University of Tennessee and an Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Oklahoma University, USA. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Akron.

Dr. Shaheen’s professional journey has taken him across the USA and UAE, where he has been affiliated with esteemed hospitals. He possesses extensive expertise in the assessment and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including the insertion of cardiac and peripheral stents. His contributions to the field are evident through his involvement in over twenty publications and his role as an expert reviewer for cardiovascular cases, invited by medical boards in the United States.
