Dr. Israa is an Iraqi – Canadian Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist, who has near 30 years’ experience in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, with 20 years’ experience in UAE helping women during pregnancy and in their gynecological problems, her main is vision is Promoting women’s health is promoting the health of future generations.

She has been gained her specialty Arab Board in obstetric & gynecologist at Mosul University-Iraq in a tertiary center where she was trained in managing high risk Obstetric & Gynecological cases.

Dr. Israa started her career in UAE in 2003 she joined Latifa Hospital which consider a tertiary center & one of the busiest hospital in Dubai which receiving the most difficult cases from all Emirates , she joined as a Senior Specialist, then she gained her MRCOG and became a member of Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynecology-Uk and she was appointed to the Faculty of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dubai Medical College for Girl and currently Dr. Israa is a lecturer at DMCG, based on exceptional skills and extensive experience.

Dr. Israa did multiple courses and training and she did Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery from India. Afterward, she pursued her career in Canada, where she was granted the Licentiate Medical Council of Canada.
Afterward, she returned to the UAE and work at the Ministry of Health’s hospitals, in the Northern part of UAE in Kalba Hospital. Where she worked as consultant obstetrics and gynecology for 3 years and got her FRCOG –UK degree in 2017.

Then rejoined Latifa Hospital in 2018 as Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology and still working in Latifa Hospital managing a high risk patient and she did recently post graduate Diploma in Ultrasound from Sharjah to keep enhance her skills Ultrasound, also she is Assistant Professor in Dubai Medical College.
