He earned his Medical Degree from St. Petersburg State I. Mechnikov Medical Academy in Russia in 1975, followed by a Master of Surgery in Ears, Nose, and Throat (ENT) and a PhD in 1987. Dr. Sankin began his career in the region in 2000, serving as an ENT specialist at the Government Regional Hospital in Yemen and later in Dubai, UAE, where he has worked in various private hospitals and clinics since 2005.

Dr. Sankin is renowned for his deep theoretical knowledge, practical expertise, and passion for advancing ENT surgery. He actively participates in local, regional, and international conferences and educational courses, contributing significantly to the field. Throughout his career, he has also served as an assistant professor, imparting both practical and theoretical knowledge to ENT residents and oncologists.
