Dr. Igor A. Sankin graduated from St.Petersburg State I.Mechnikov Medical Academy in Russia, where earned his Medical Degree in 1975, and went on to obtain his Master of Surgery in Ears, Nose, and Throat (ENT) after completing residency in 1981, and PhD in 1987. He has been working in the Middle East since 2000, when he was invited to serve as a specialist ENT surgeon at the Government Regional Hospital in Republic of Yemen and since 2005 in Dubai, UAE, in private hospitals and clinics.

Dr. Igor is known for his theoretical mind, practical approach, and his passion. He is passionate about progression and has participated in numerous local, regional, and international tuition courses and conferences. During his career, he worked as an assistant professor and taught practical and theoretical courses and lectures in addition to holding topical conferences in ENT and Head and Neck Oncology for students, ENT residents, and oncologists. As an active member of North Caucasian Association of Otolaryngologists, he has published 15 research articles.
