Dr. Alai completed his MBBS from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose (NSCB) Medical College in Jabalpur, India. He then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (DM) in Critical Care Medicine from St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore, India, and an MD in Anaesthesiology from JIPMER in Pondicherry, India. Additionally, he earned a Diploma in a European Diploma in Critical Care Medicine (EDIC) from the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine in Brussels. His interest in internal medicine led him to obtain Diploma through MRCP (Royal College of Physicians, London, UK) and Dip.NB fellowship.

Dr. Alai holds several prestigious certifications, including FCCP (American College of Chest Physicians, USA), FRCP (The Royal College of Physicians of London, UK)

Dr. Alai holds extensive experience of working in the UAE and has worked in reputed hospitals across UAE and India. Till recently he was adjunct assistant professor in College of Medicine, Sharjah University. Currently he is an official examiner in MRCP (PACES) exams in UAE. He is a regular faculty speaker in Emirates Critical Care Conference Dubai and various other international forums like European society of Intensive care medicine and American College of Chest Physicians.
