With a wealth of experience, Dr. Juratli is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and holds fellowship degrees from all four Royal Colleges of Surgeons in the UK and Ireland. He served as a Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon at the University Hospitals of Leicester, UK (Leicester Royal Infirmary – LRI), for 12 years. Dr. Juratli also contributed as a lecturer and examiner for the final OSCE exam at Leicester Medical School. Additionally, he was an Associate Professor and examiner at Damascus University and Al Moasat Hospital between 1995 and 2003. He is regarded on as one of best ENT experts in Dubai.

Dr Juratli has performed over 2,000 rhinoplasty procedures, including 406 at Leicester Royal Infirmary (LRI) in the UK. He has completed more than 400 functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) cases during his job as a consultant ENT Surgeon at LRI- UK from 2003 to 2016. Since he started as a consultant ENT Surgeon in Leicester-UK in 2003 and until he relocated his job to the UAE in 2016, Dr Juratli’s UK logbook showed 215 major ear surgical cases, including Mastoidectomy, Ossiculoplasty and Stapedectomy, 42 Stapedectomy.  Dr Juratli has specialized in ventral endonasal endoscopic skull base surgery and lateral skull base surgery and performed advanced surgery between 1995 and 2003, including end-stage Glomus Jogularis tumour. He did more than 2000 cases of Adenotonsillectomy, around 920 Mastoidectomies and ossiculoplasty in total, and he managed his paediatric airway efficiently. He speaks at three major country conferences about paediatric Acute Otitis Media and Allergic Rhinitis in Children.

He has performed over 1000 Rhinoplasty procedures, always striving for high patient satisfaction. In addition, he has conducted advanced Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and all the aforementioned ENT surgeries on a daily basis. He is currently running a high-traffic clinic at NMC-Royal, Sharjah, ensuring that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve.

Dr. Juratli actively taught undergraduate and postgraduate trainees clinical and surgical skills at Damascus University. As a lecturer and Associate Professor at the medical school and Al Moassat University Hospital, he provided ongoing, hands-on training in surgical and clinical skills during outpatient and theatre sessions for postgraduate students. He was also a faculty member at Damascus Medical School and was an examiner for fourth-year students during their final ENT viva exams. Additionally, he acted as an examiner and research sponsor for the ENT Postgraduate Master’s Degree thesis and final award.
