Dr. Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree and subsequently earned his post-graduate Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Pathology and Bacteriology degree from Gujarat University in India.

Dr. Dave brings over 26 years of rich and diverse experience with him. His professional journey has encompassed key roles at leading laboratories, academic institutes, and research organizations in India and the United Arab Emirates. Some of his previous engagements were with MEDSOL Diagnostics, Arabian Healthcare Group, GMC Hospital & Gulf Medical University, Lambda Therapeutic Research Limited, Quintiles Transnational Limited, Scientific Diagnostic Center, Annab Laboratories, and Gujarat Cancer & Research Institute. In his last assignment, he headed the Laboratory and clinical pathology function at Pure Health, UAE.

Dr. Dave specializes in hematopathology, clinical pathology and has special expertise in quality assurance and quality management. Dr. Dave is a certified CAP (Collage of American Pathologists) inspector and ISO:15189 (Standards for Quality & Competence in Medical Laboratories) auditor.  He was also actively involved in clinical research work.
