Dr. Helou completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Lebanese University, Faculty of Public Health, and went on to do her Master’s degree in Osteopathy and Manual Therapy from Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ). She also holds Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Lebanese University.

Dr. Helou has completed several courses in Orthopedic, Pulmonary, Cardiac, Pediatric, Geriatric, and Pelvic Floor rehabilitation to enhance her skills and expertise.

With ten years of experience at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC), she is specialized in treating patients across multiple fields in both Outpatient and In-patient settings.
